Two youths die, one injured in bike collision at Gnanapuram

Visakhapatnam: Two people were killed and one injured when two bikes collided near Gnanapuram in Vizag city on Sunday.The deceased were identified as P Dinesh Kumar (27), a resident of Murali Nagar and an employee with a private firm and T Rami Naidu (21), resident of Arilova in the city. The injured, P Sai, was rushed to KG Hospital in Vizag city, where his condition is said to be critical.The accident occurred when a bike collided with another bike on the BRTS road near Gnanapuram in the city. Rami Naidu and Sai were riding on one bike while Dinesh Kumar was on the other. Dinesh was returning home from work.The police said that speeding was the prime reason for the fatal accident. A case has been registered and the bodies were sent for postmortem. A few days ago, three youngsters- P Sai, Durga Prasad and R Gopi died on the spot after their bike was reportedly hit by a vehicle on the NH-16 stretch near Venkojipalem locality in Vizag city.
