Top players for CZ badminton

Visakhapatnam: Some prominent players of the country would be seen in action in the Central zone badminton being organised by the East Coast Railway Sports Association at the Railway Indoor Sports Enclave here from Tuesday to Friday. Railway Sports Promotion Board, Petroleum Sports Promotion Board and Comptroller and Auditor General of India are participating. Sai Praneeth, Sourabh Verma, Arjun MR, Ashmita Chaliha, Rituparna Das, Ashwini Ponnapa, Sikki Reddy and Aparna Balan are representing the PSPB.The zonal badminton championships are being held in AP for the first time.
Youth Sports Meet
The Motivgo Educational Academy and the District Sports Authority are jointly organising the Youth Sports Meet 2022 for school and college students at the Andhra University Golden Jubilee ground and the AU gymnasium here from September 8 to 11. Competitions would be held in cricket, kabaddi, throwball, running races, badminton, kho-kho, volleyball, tug-of-war at the AU venue and 2 km and 5 km marathon on the beach road on Sept 11.
