The temple trust had suspended all forms of VIP and privilege darshan at the hill temple from the beginning of Srivari annual Brahmotsavams on September 27 to facilitate darshan for common devotees who would throng the hill town from every nook and corner of the world to take part in the festivities. Speaking to TOI, EO AV Dharma Reddy said the temple administration wants to ensure that the devotees not only get an opportunity to witness the annual Brahmotsavams processions from the galleries along the four mada streets, but to also get quality darshan.

According to TTD sources, about 75,382 devotees worshipped at the Tirumala temple on Friday.
