Entry is free for the cricket fans and food stalls are also being arranged at the Fan Parks, ACA secretary SR Gopinath Reddy informed on Friday. At Anantapur the Fan Park would be at the Police Training College. Responding to a request from the ACA, chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy granted permission for erection of the big screens at all the headquarters of all the former undivided districts.Ticket sales for T20IThe two-day off-line sale of tickets for the India-Australia T20I to be played here on November 23, commenced at three centres here on Friday and the Rs. 600 denomination tickets were sold out in 15 minutes after the counters were opened at 10 am, much to the disappointment of large number of cricket fans who lined up in the queue lines much before the day break. By noon, tickets of other denominations, except the Rs 6000 denomination, were sold out. The queues moved in orderly manner at the GVMC stadium counter (VDCA office) and there were no overwhelming crowd and jostling witnessed in the past and one reason being cited is that the big stars of both teams would be rested for this match after the World Cup final. But the cricket buffs were puzzled how the tickets were sold out in a jiffy. ACA secretary SR Gopinath Reddy visited the counter at the B ground of the ACA-VDCA stadium and thanked the District Collector and Commissioner of Police for the smooth conduct of the sale of tickets. An ACA press release said that 5000 tickets were sold on the first day and the off-line sale would continue on Saturday.
