Visakhapatnam: The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights and Technology of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam conducted a seminar on aviation law.
The seminar threw light on contemporary areas like passenger-related issues, tariffs of aviation sector, trends in construction of airports, liability, etc.
DSNLU VC Prof S Surya Prakash stressed on regulation of the aviation industry in the era of globalisation.
NALSAR University, Hyderabad, registrar Prof Bala Kista Reddy said three Ps are responsible for the growth of aviation law, including the Public Air Law, Private Air Law, and Penal Air Law.
“India is operating flights across the globe due to globalisation,” said Prof Reddy.
