Prof VK Ahuja, in-charge of Law Centre II, Delhi University was the chief guest. Joint secretary, ministry of law and justice, G Raghavendra was the guest of honour.
The welcome address was delivered by vice-chancellor Prof S Surya Prakash. In his address, Prof Prakash elaborated upon concepts associated with copyright infringement on the internet through means such as lining, framing, archiving, streaming and file sharing. He also spoke about concepts of information rights management, internet service providers and artificial intelligence.
Guest of honour, G Raghavendra spoke about various international conventions and explained the concepts of creation, adoption, accession, ratification, reservation and interpretation of a treaty under the
