Pulses organization to conduct Yuva Sakthi Sadassu on Friday
VISAKHAPATNAM: To empower the youth in not only Vizag but also in the AP by addressing present challenges and showcasing future opportunities in entrepreneurship and employment, the Pulses organization planned to conduct Yuva Sakthi Sadassu on Friday at Gurajada Kalakshetram in the port city. Around 10,000 students of engineering and higher education are expected to participate.
Addressing the media persons here on Thursday, the CEO of Pulsus Gedela Srinubabu asked why more than 80% of graduates out of five lakh are leaving AP for jobs and how can Visakhapatnam and AP attract innovative industries. He said around 50 lakh graduates left AP for jobs in the past 12 years. This trend necessitates urgent attention.
“Our youth are the architects of change and prosperity. It's imperative that we equip them with the tools and resources to create local opportunities and drive economic growth within our communities,” he said.
By integrating advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning into traditional industries, students can contribute significantly to local enterprises while adding value to their skill sets, he said.
The summit will explore the pivotal role of youth in propelling Visakhapatnam towards economic prosperity and global recognition. Discussions will center around attracting diverse industries to the region, thereby providing abundant local employment opportunities, and catalyzing economic growth. Apart from that, strategies to prevent the migration of graduates and postgraduates from AP will be discussed.
