Visakhapatnam: Jana Sena women’s wing staged a protest after they were allegedly not allowed to wear black colour chunnis during the chief minister’s meet at Narsapuram. The protest was led by Visakha north constituency in charge P Usha Kiran at Gandhi statue at GVMC office here on Wednesday. It may be recalled that the women who came wearing black chunnis were forced to remove their chunnis before attending the CM’s meeting. They demanded that the chief minister apologise to the women.
