Minister Botsa alleges opposition misguiding public on LTA
VISAKHAPATNAM: The state education minister Botsa Satyanarayana alleged that the opposition parties, especially the alliance, misguiding the public over the Land Titling Act to get political benefits. He asked what Chandra Babu Naidu and Pavan Kalyan knew about this act and this act would provide full rights on land without any middleman or litigants.
Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, the minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that changes would take place in the system continuously, and this issue is in the court now. “Unless until completion of a public hearing, this would not become an Act. But the opposition leaders are misguiding the public.
He elaborated that around 73% of cases in the country are related to land disputes. From the lower court to the apex court, the Supreme Court, between 68% to 73% of cases are related to land disputes only.
