Visakhapatnam: A 36-year-old man was found murdered near
Vishnu Priya layout in Ranasthalam of Srikakulam district on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Jeeru Balakrishna, a native of Varisam village and a painter. The police suspect the deceased’s wife in the murder.

Ramana, a native of Varisam village, was in an illicit affair with his wife Sunita.
Balakrishna had suspected that Sunita was having an extra-marital affair and had assaulted her. He had also warned her and Ramana.
Ramana, with the support of his friends KD Prasad and K Ramu, decided to eliminate Balakrishna.
As per the plan, Ramana invited Balakrishna for a liquor party on the outskirts of Ranasthalam. Balakrishna, Ramana and two more persons consumed liquor. Balakrishna died after he was beaten up. Later, the trio dumped the body near Vishnu Priya layout.
“We have nabbed Ramana and his two friends in connection with the
murder case, we will arrest Sunita too for her involvement in the murder,” said JR Puram police.
