VISAKHAPATNAM: The Election Commission of India (EC) on March 16 announced the dates the voting and result declaration dates for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
The polls will be held in 7 phases from April 19 to June 1, covering a total of 543 constituencies.
Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha elections: DateParliamentary elections in Visakhapatnam will take place in Phase 4 on May 13, with results declared by June 4.
CandidatesP Sathyanarayana Reddy, representing the Indian National Congress, M Sri Bharath from the Telugu Desam Party, and Dr Botsa Jhansi Laxmi, a candidate of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party, are the notable contenders vying for the Lok Sabha seat in Visakapatnam in the forthcoming election.
