APL III from todayThe gold-plated new rolling trophy of the Andhra Premier League season III and the new jerseys of the franchisee teams were unveiled at a glittering ceremony here on Saturday. ACA mum on Vihari issueThe Andhra Cricket Association is mum on the issue of G Hanuma Vihari. The former Andhra skipper, who took an NOC to play for Madhya Pradesh, was asked by the new state government to reconsider his decision. “He (Vihari) said he was invited back to play for Andhra but there are lot of things to be sorted out. BCCI has to be informed. We have also issued him an NOC,” said the ACA official, adding that ACA would like to take up the issue later.
