Kurnool, Kadapa register comfortable victories

Visakhapatnam: Kurnool and Kadapa recorded comfortable wins in the ACA South zone U-19 Inter-district one-day tournament in Kadapa on Friday. While Kurnool defeated Nellore by four wickets, Kadapa registered a three-wicket victory against Chittoor. R Rohith Varma scored 63 to help Kadapa realise the target. Chasing 244, Kadapa made 248 for seven in 47.5 overs.Brief scores: Nellore 209/8 in 50 overs (Sutej Reddy 67) lost to Kurnool 210/6 in 42 overs (Manoj Raju 44*, Yegneshwar 36).
