According to Dwarakanagar police station inspector Ch Shanmukha Rao, the flesh trade was being run online and the main organiser was Reddy, a native of Ameerpet in Hyderabad. He had created a website -- onlinecallgirls@vizag -- and had put up his contact number.
All bookings used to take place online and the transactions were done manually. Police said Reddy came to Vizag around four months ago and entered into a partnership with Sravani, who brought girls from various parts of Andhra Pradesh including the north coastal districts and pushed them into flesh trade by promising them lucrative jobs.
After receiving calls from the customers, Reddy would send them to Sravani's house, where she would collect the money and send the girls with the customers.
Acting on a tip-off, the cops monitored the website and raided the house. They also seized Rs 10,800 in cash, five mobile phones and a packet of condoms from the spot.
