Chided by parents, woman kills self

Visakhapatnam: Leaving her family in a state of shock, a 22-year-old woman committed suicide by consuming harmful chemical at Kappagondi village in Balapam panchayat in Chintapalle mandal of ASR district. The deceased was identified as K Chandrakala. Police said Chandrakala took the extreme step after she was admonished by her parents for spending a lot of time on mobile phone. A case has been registered and an investigation is on. TNN
