Centre released ₹1.20 lakh cr: Min

Visakhapatnam: Minister of state, finance ministry, Pankaj Chaudhary said the Centre released 1.20 lakh crore to Andhra Pradesh as the share of the state in Union taxes collected in the past four fiscals. While giving a written reply to YSRC MP V Vijayasai Reddy, Chaudhary said 1.29 lakh crore were collected as direct taxes from the AP government for financial years between 2018-19 to 2020-21.Further, 1.11 lakh crore was collected as GST from AP in the past four fiscals.
