APPGECET final phase counselling starts today

Visakhapatnam: The certificate verification and final phase of counselling for GATE/GPAT/APPGECET-2019 will start on Tuesday, said convener, Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (APPGECET), Prof PS Avadhani.
Andhra University conducted the examination for admissions to ME/MTech/MPharm courses on behalf of the AP State Council of Higher Education.“We have set up five helpline centres for certificate verification and counselling process. These include Andhra University helpline centre near the School of Distance Education, Visakhapatnam, Sri Venkateswara University helpline centre near the old MBA building, Tirupati, JNTU-Anantapur helpline near the administrative Block, JNTU-Kakinada helpline centre near the administrative building and Acharya Nagarjuna University helpline centre near the varsity canteen.”
He added, “Candidates who have already completed their certificate verification during the previous phases of counselling are not required to attend again. GATE/GPAT/APPGECET candidates who have completed verification, can exercise their options from 11 am on September 17 to 5 pm on September 18.”
