Anantapur to host NCA U-16 boys camp

Visakhapatnam: The National Cricket Academy’s U-16 boys’ Team E coaching camp will be held at Anantapur Sports Academy from April 17 to May 11. Twenty five boys selected from across the country would attend the camp to be conducted by head coach Rakesh Dhruv, bowling coach Suraj Yadav, batting coach Vinit Indulkar, fielding coach Sebastian Antony, and other support staff like Ratan Kumar, Jitender Billa (strength and conditioning), Jaba Prabhu and Vivek Kumar Misra (physios) and video analyst Nava Jeevan, informed Anantapur District Cricket Association (ADCA) secretary K Madhu Achari.Three ADCA officials qualifyThree officials of the ADCA have successfully completed the NCA BCC Level I coaching course. S Nazeer Ahamed, P Sharmas Vali and K Naresh Kumar have recently attended the coaching course at the NCA to complete their assessments. Nazeer Ahamed, who secured 75 marks, is eligible for the Level II course. Sharmas Vali and K. Naresh Kumar secured 65 and 66 marks respectively. ADCA congratulated the officials.
