270 kilos of ganja seized
Officials of the prohibition and excise department arrested one person and seized 270kgs of ganja worth Rs 70 lakh from him near Bennabhupalapatnam in Rolugunta Mandal on Friday.
VISAKHAPATNAM: Officials of the prohibition and excise department arrested one person and seized 270kgs of ganja worth Rs 70 lakh from him near Bennabhupalapatnam in Rolugunta Mandal on Friday. The arrested has been identified as Pothu Rajashekar, who was transporting ganja from Maddigaravu to Tuni. The police seized the ganja, which was packed in 9 bags and being transported in an autorickshaw.
