Andhra Pradesh: YSRC MP Gorantla Madhav’s video is fake, says CID

VIJAYAWADA: Crime Investigation Department (CID) additional director-general PV Sunil Kumar said the forensic report, which is in circulation claiming that the alleged nude video of MP Gorantla Madhav was authentic and unedited, is not original.
He said that when he contacted Eclipse Forensics, US, through mail, Jim Stafford, who purportedly gave the report in circulation, replied saying that ‘he was supposed to send the updated report with minor changes as requested by Prasad Pothini but the report given earlier has been circulated on social media which is not original’.Kumar said legal action will be initiated against Prasad Pothini and others who circulated the said forensic report which was not original, under Section 67 of Information Technology Act.
