Viveka case: HC interim relief for Avinash challenged in SC

Vijayawada: Challenging the order of Telangana high court granting interim anticipatory bail and restraining the CBI from arresting Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case, the former minister and MP’s daughter Dr Narreddy Sunitha moved the Supreme Court on Thursday. The apex court said it will hear the matter on Friday.The Telangana high court, while granting relief to Avinash in his petition for anticipatory bail, directed him to attend for inquiry till April 25. Sunitha challenged this order on its merits, arguing that it runs contrary to the orders of the Supreme Court.
