Andhra Pradesh: Two charred to death in accident in Kanchikacharla

VIJAYAWADA: In a fatal road accident, two trucks collided head-on in Kanchikacharla of NTR district on Wednesday. While two were burnt alive, one was severely injured in the incident. The deceased were identified as P Srinivas Rao (42) and B Ranga Rao (38). According to the police, a tipper lorry which was coming on wrong route collided head-on with another lorry carrying cement from Kanchikacherla.Following the collision, the lorries caught fire as petrol spilled on the road due to the impact of the accident. The lorry cleaner and driver were charred to death. Another person who was injured was admitted to a private hospital. Police have registered a case. TNN
