Telugu students scale Mount Kilimanjaro

AMARAVATI: The students of AP Residential Schools have scaled the

Mount Kilimanjaro

in Africa. Numbering 15, the students have reached the summit of the mountain, the highest in Africa, scaling 4,900 meters from its base.

congratulated the students, teachers and the coach upon the achievement when they met him in his chambers on Monday. The team included 10 girls S Sirisha, K Ramyasri, B Indirabai, Y Kavita, C Padmavathi, K Mahalakshmi, G Hemalatha, B Suneetha, K Ammulu and MC Mahalakshmi and five boys, D Lakshman, B Ramesh, V Srikanth, D Krishna Kumar and B Suresh.
