Siva Reddy wins gold medal in boxing league

Vijayawada: Siva Reddy bagged gold in the lightweight category of the Guntur district SAAP boxing league on Wednesday. In the girls 60kg category, Sai Tejaswini claimed gold.

District athletics meet on March 2
Guntur district athletic meet for boys and girls (U-12, 14, 16, 18, 20) will be held at BR Stadium, Guntur on March 2. Interested should report by 9 am on March 2 with birth certificates. Competitions will be held in 100M, 400M, 800M and 1500M for U-18 and U-20. For U-16 events will be in 100M, 300M, 800M. For U-14 it will be in 60M, 100M, 600M and for U-12 events will be in 60M, 100M, 200M.
