Vijayawada: Chief minister Chandrababu Naidu will visit Delhi on Wednesday on a two-day tour to participate in key national-level meetings related to governance and development. Naidu will participate in the NDA partners’ meeting and also attend the NITI Ayog governing council meeting during the visit.
The chief minister will depart from Gannavaram airport in the morning and arrive in New Delhi later in the day. He will straight head to Bharata Mandapam to take part in the meeting of NDA partners, where crucial political and administrative issues are expected to be discussed. The NDA meeting will be chaired by prime minister
Narendra Modi. The meeting has been scheduled to mark the celebration of Narendra Modi's record tenure as Prime Minister, surpassing Jawaharlal Nehru’s tenure. Naidu will join the celebrations and deliberations with other alliance leaders. The meeting is likely to focus on national priorities and coordination among partner states.
Naidu will attend the 11th governing council meeting of NITI Aayog at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday. This meeting, to be held throughout the day, will focus on cooperative federalism, policy reforms, and strategies for inclusive growth. The chief minister is likely to present
Andhra Pradesh’s priorities, seek support for key projects, and put forward suggestions on strengthening the role of states in national development. After completing his engagements in the national capital, the chief minister will leave New Delhi in the evening and return to Amaravati the same night. Chief minister is also expected to hold discussions with the prime minister about the anticipated union cabinet reshuffling.
