Municipal administration minister P Narayana meets metro MD

Vijayawada: Municipal administration minister P Narayana held an official meeting with managing director of Amaravati metro rail project MD SP Ramakrishna and senior officials here on Monday.
The minister discussed measures on how to take up the works and fund flow from JICA, central and state governments.
The minister said the estimated cost of Amaravati metro rail project is Rs 7,000 crore and JICA will grant Rs 4,500 crore.He said the central government will release its share on the project soon.
