Jagan vows legal action to expose ‘jungle raj’ in Andhra Pradesh
Vijayawada: Former chief minister and YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said the party will explore all avenues — including moving the Supreme Court and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) — to expose what he called the "jungle raj" of the coalition govt and the false propaganda surrounding the Tirupati laddu issue.Speaking to reporters after meeting former minister Jogi Ramesh on Friday, Jagan inspected the destruction and arson allegedly carried out by TDP mobs at the former minister's residence. He said the CBI, after completing its investigation into the Tirupati laddu case, had filed a chargesheet clearly stating that there was no animal fat in the ghee used for laddu preparation, contrary to the allegations made by chief minister Chandrababu Naidu.

He said the chargesheet — supported by reports from two central laboratories — did not mention any YSRCP leader and categorically stated that four tankers rejected by TTD during Naidu's earlier tenure had returned from another company. Jagan said the facts established in the court-monitored CBI report would prevail, and termed the one-man commission appointed by Naidu as an eyewash that would not stand scrutiny.
He alleged that the pattern of violence was the same in attacks against Ambati Rambabu, Jogi Ramesh and others, adding that TDP mobs acted in coordination with the police. He said petrol bombs and acid bottles were thrown into Jogi Ramesh's house when his elderly father was alone at home. According to him, attacks also took place at the residences of Vidadala Rajini, Bolla Brahma Naidu, Kakani Govardhan Reddy and others who tried to counter the alleged misinformation campaign."We will expose the jungle raj of the coalition government at all available forums and bring national attention to the distortion of facts and the continued attacks on YSRCP leaders," he said. Jagan alleged that the government had filed 24 cases against Jogi Ramesh, including one related to spurious liquor, and jailed him. He further claimed that seven cases were filed against Ramesh's son and even one against his wife.He accused Naidu, Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan of using religion for political gain, adding that close associates of the TDP leadership and the home minister had taken part in the attacks.Jagan said civil society was ashamed of the ongoing events and accused the government of attempting to cover up its falsehoods by appointing a one-man commission instead of accepting the findings of the CBI. The attacks on YSRCP leaders, he said, took place only because they performed pujas seeking divine intervention for good sense to prevail."We will pursue all available legal avenues. Justice may be delayed, but it will not be denied. We will bring to book all leaders, cadres and erring officials involved in these attacks. All days will not remain the same—we are the future," Jagan said.
