Vijayawada: The high court on Thursday stayed the single judge order allowing the state government to go ahead with the examination to recruit mid-level health providers (MLHPs). The court observed that the exam cannot be conducted based on the guidelines issued in a fake circular. One M Siva Krishna approached the HC challenging the notification issued by the state government fixing B.Sc (nursing) as eligibility for MLHPs.
He contended that ayurvedic doctors should also be given opportunity. tnn
