‘FIR against Kishore without any evidence’

Vijayawada: The HC on Thursday maintained status quo on the FIR filed by AP CID against

officer Krishna Kishore. It posted the case for further hearing on February 27. Neeraj Malhotra, Kishore’s counsel, argued that the CID had filed a case against Kishore without proper evidence and urged the court to quash the FIR. He said the case was filed intentionally to trouble Kishore, who had earlier worked as a supervising officer in the I-T department and played an active role in the investigation of YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s Jagati publications case. tnn
