Delhi CM offers prayers at Tirumala, hails TTD’s AI-powered command control centre
Tirupati: Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara at the Tirumala temple on Wednesday. She took part in the Suprabatha Seva predawn darshan and later offered prayers to the presiding deity during the VIP break darshan slot. "Lord Balaji, who is hailed as Lakshmi Narayan, has already shown the path to us, leading by example, which is evident from his name. Taking a cue from the Almighty, when Bharat adopts the 33% women's reservation bill, the country will further progress immensely," she said after completing her darshan, while hailing the Bill as a "historic moment for the country".Rekha Gupta also visited the AI-powered integrated command control centre of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. TTD additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary explained to her that TTD is the first Hindu temple trust in the world to adopt artificial intelligence for effective crowd management solutions, and how the integrated command control centre has helped in reducing waiting time for darshan besides effectively enhancing operational capabilities."TTD has emerged as a pioneer in temple management in the world, and all major temples should study and adopt some of the best practices in place at Tirumala so that they can be replicated across the country," the Delhi CM observed.
