Andhra Pradesh: Fulfil requirements, private colleges told

VIJAYAWADA: The high court on Friday allowed 16 private degree colleges under Rayalaseema University to conduct admissions subject to the conditions that they must fulfill all eligibility criteria within one month. Setting aside the proceedings issued by the university cancelling the recognition, Justice B Krishna Mohan directed the university to consider their explanation and give one more chance to rectify mistakes. The high court said that if the colleges failed to fulfill the requirements, the admissions will be cancelled and the same has to be informed to the students before taking admissions.
