4 deer skin, horn smugglers held

Vijayawada: Palnadu forest department officials have arrested four people involved in smuggling spotted deer horns and skin. At least 20 horns and a deer’s skin were seized from the accused possession. DFO N Ramachandra Rao said that a special force was formed to nab the smugglers . The accused were identified as Sheikh Mahaboob Saheb, V Venkataraju, Tanniru Narasimha Rao, and Gogu Nagaraju of Bollapalli. Two others are absconded and efforts are on to nab them.TNN
