The FIR was lodged by the VDA amin Vivek Pathak against Brijesh’s son Siddarth Singh, Kumari Pushpalata, Rameshwarv Pratap, Pankaj Kumar Singh, all natives of Varanasi, Snehlata Goel of New Delhi, Alok Goel of Dehradun and Saqib Zafrul Islam Sheikh of Mumbai.
According to the FIR, the satta (sale deeds) of a piece of 42,349.93 square meters of land in Pandeypur area, which is under the possession of VDA, were made by Pushpalata, Snehlata (through Alok) in favour of Veera Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. of Rameshwar, Dadu Developers of Pankaj, Raghukul Construction of Siddarth and Mumbai based Saqib.
It was alleged that attempts are being made by these people to take illegal possession of the government land. The Cantt inspector said that the matter is being investigated.
