Two kids die, parents injured in Azamgarh district

Varanasi: In a tragic incident two kids were crushed to death by a tractor trolley and three others were injured in Mubarakpur area of Azamgarh district on Saturday. The bodies were sent for postmortem and injured persons were admitted to the hospital.
According to reports, a native of Ibrahimpur village Jahangir Alam along with his wife and two kids was going to Mubarakpur on his motorcycle to take park in burial ceremony of his relative.When he was crossing through Dariabad his motorcycle collided with another motorcycle coming from opposite direction.
After collision all of them fell on the road. In the meantime a tractor trolley coming from behind the motorcycle ran over the two kids Vania and Raina and fled from the scene. The two kids died on the spot.
The injured persons were rushed to the hospital with the help of local resident. The police reached there after getting information and sent the bodies for postmortem. Azamgarh CO (sadar) Mohammad Akmal Khan said that a case has been registered and matter is being investigated.
Jahangir’s father Wasim and other family members reached Mubarakpur after getting information of tragic incident. He said that his son with wife and children were ging to take part in a funeral.
