“She was like a mother to us, and we called her ‘

’ whenever we met her in person or spoke to her over phone,” said Arman Ahmad and his brother Rizwan Ahmad, the saree traders of Gauriganj locality here.
“I had called her on January 1 and wished New Year and had no inkling then that it would be my last conversation with her,” said Arman.
On coming to know about her illness and being put on ventilator, we had arranged a Rudrabhishek at Kashi Vishwanath temple with prayers for her early recovery, he added.
