‘Rozgar Mela’ held at Banaras Locomotive Works

Varanasi: The 19th edition of Rozgar Mela was organized by the Varanasi Division at the Banaras Locomotive Works on Saturday.

The programme was attended by Union Minister, Anupriya Patel, MLA Sunil Patel, divisional railway manager of North Eastern Railway, Ashish Jain, along with senior officers from various departments.

The event was simultaneously held at 47 centres across the country.

Anupriya Patel extended her best wishes to the newly appointed youth and inspired them to work with honesty, a spirit of service, and commitment.

PM Narendra Modi addressed young candidates across the country through virtual mode, urging them to actively participate in nation-building and discharge their responsibilities with dedication.

Through the 19th Rozgar Mela, more than 51,000 youth were distributed appointment letters across the country. These included candidates from Railways, Financial Services, Postal Department, Ministry of Defence, Airports Authority of India, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, and other departments.
