Karthikai Deepam fest celebrations at BHU on Tue

Varanasi: In a welcoming gesture The Banaras Hindu University has geared up to celebrate the Karthikai Deepam festival of South India, in which thousands of lamps will light up the BHU campus on Tuesday.
Preparations are underway to celebrate the festival in a grand way at the Kashi Tamil Sangamam. This festival is celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in southern India.The entire venue will be decorated with lamps by the students of BHU and the guests from Tamil Nadu on the occasion.
