Girl succumbs to burn injuries

VARANASI: A 16-year-old girl succumbed to burn injuries at the district hospital in Azamgarh on Saturday. Sabina Khatun of Hikmuddinpur village, under Kaptanganj police station, sustained burn injuries when her hut caught fire while she was cooking meal on Friday night. The residents of the area somehow extinguished the fire and rushed her to the hospital, where she died on Saturday morning. Two die in accident:Ravi Prajapati (22) and Rakesh Gaur (32), died when a speeding ambulance overranthem in Gopiganj area in Bhadohi district on Saturday. They were going somewhereon a bicycle when the mishap occurred. The two died on thespot.
