The selfie point at each booth was the centre of attraction as most of the voters were seen taking selfies and making it memorable.

Keeping with the trend among the youngsters, many innovative selfie points were put up at each polling booth in the city - the best was at booth number 249, where a special selfie point was created on a baggie (cart).

Among the voters, 93-year-old

Bal Krishna Sarraf

was all smiles to cast vote. Such was her enthusiam that 81-year-old

Mewati Devi

came to cast her vote at a primary school,

Dumri Sahjanwa

, with her son on a bicycle.

Smita Singh, 19, from Asuran came to the polling booth with her mother Shobha. She said that her vote would be for a candidate who promised the best for the area. She came two days back from Lucknow, where she is pursuing a fashion designing course.
