The youth wing state president Nurool Hoda said that Sheila Dixit, who was the chief minister of Delhi during the Batla House encounter on September 19, 2008, not only termed Azamgarh as the nursery of terrorism, but also refused probe into the matter. Besides, she had also accused the people of UP and Bihar of polluting Delhi, he said.
