45-year-old man found murdered

Varanasi: A 45-year-old lineman Rajesh Chauhan was found brutally murdered inside the house of a woman in Khajurgao Mathia village under the limits of Kasimabad police station in Ghazipur district on Saturday.
After inspecting the spot, SP Ghazipur RB Singh said that body of Chauhan was recovered from the house of a woman. Following initial investigation the body had been sent for postmortem, he said adding, further investigation in the case was continuing.Police suspected illicit relation as possible reason behind this murder. During initial investigation of police it came to light that Chauhan was a private lineman and worked with the staff of local power sub-station. Killers had attacked Chauhan with sharp edged weapons, said police mentioning his bicycle and other articles were found thrown near the body. tnn
