Vadodara bids a tearful adieu to Mani Sir

K G Subramanyan
passed away in Vadodara on Wednesday afternoon at the age of 92, his countless admirers have been in a state of shock and mourning. On Wednesday itself, almost the entire art fraternity of thesanskarinagari
visited the hospital where he was taken before being declared brought dead, and consoled his daughter Uma. On Thursday also, several eminent Barodians and numerous art students paid their last respects to their favorite Mani sir. In fact, a lot of his admirers flew down from different parts of the country to attend his funeral, which included renowned artistJatin Das
