Vadodara: BJP general secretary Ram Madhav on Sunday hit out at the Congress which has alleged that the party is saffronizing educational institutes.
"They are colour blind and should find out solution of such problem. Our government is making all the efforts to take education forward in all directions," he said.
Reacting to senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy's statement at a seminar in Delhi University on construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, Madhav said all efforts to create consensus for construction of the temple should be appreciated.
"There should not be any problem if there is consensus," he said.
Madhav was in the city to deliver a public lecture at professor C C Mehta auditorium on the occasion of launch of Institute of Leadership and Governance at M S University.
Even as Governor's rule has been imposed in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), Madhav on Sunday expressed confidence that BJP-PDP alliance will continue in the state. "After sad demise of Mufti sahab, a constitutional crisis had emerged . We have met our leaders and also that of PDP. We are confident that we will take forward the vision that he had for the development of J&K," said Madhav, while talking to media persons here.
After Sayeed's death, the BJP leader had met PDP president and his daughter Mehbooba Mufti, who has refused to take oath before the traditional four day period of mourning ends.
