BBA Baazigar season 16 kicks off at MSU with business pitch round

Vadodara: The 16th edition of BBA Baazigar, the flagship management competition organised by the BBA Students Association of the Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), began with enthusiastic participation from teams across various districts of Gujarat.The opening day on Monday featured a series of preliminary rounds that tested participants' creativity, coordination and problem-solving skills, setting the tone for the multi-day event.The competition gathered momentum on Tuesday with the successful conduct of the Business Pitch Round, one of the event's key segments.In this round, each team was allotted three minutes to present its business plan, followed by a two-minute rebuttal session. A minimum participation of two team members was mandatory. Teams outlined their business concepts, execution strategies and marketing plans, while also explaining how they would utilise a notional capital of Rs 10,000 provided by the organising association.Alongside the main competition, a parallel segment titled ‘Side Hustle (Games Round)' is being held during the first three days. This segment allows additional team members to participate in various competitive activities and earn bonus points for their teams.
