26-yr-old dies due to suspected cardiac arrest

Vadodara: A 26-year-old man died due to suspected cardiac arrest in Godhra, late on Tuesday afternoon. He was working at home in the Bhuravav area of the town when the incident took place. Taufiq Malek used to work with the family business of making steel wardrobes and furniture. He had gone to a home in the Chakdradhari Society in Bhuravav area to fit a wardrobe there on Tuesday afternoon.
While working on the wardrobe, he started feeling uneasy and went home. His father took him to a private clinic where he vomited. The doctor suspected a cardiac arrest and suggested that he should be taken to a higher treatment facility.
Malek was rushed to a private hospital for treatment. However, the doctor declared him dead on examining him.
