Paper leak: Babulal Katara sent to police remand till May 2

UDAIPUR: Arrested Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) member Babulal Katara and his driver Gopal Singh were on Saturday presented before the Udaipur ADJ-1 court by SOG and sent to police remand till May 2.
Three other accused in the senior teachers’ recruitment exam paper leak case were also presented in court along with Katara after their police remand was over.
SOG took the four accused to the court amid toght security. Katara’s nephew Vijay Kumar and accomplice Arun were sent to judicial custody. Katara was earlier on a 10-day police remand.
Sources said SOG is engaged in collecting important information about Katara’s contacts. Another accused in the case, Sher Singh Meena, is currently behind bars. TNN
