Spotted, leopard on the loose at Pakhowal Road
Residents of Centra Green society in Ludhiana were startled by the unexpected presence of a leopard. Authorities confirmed the sighting after reviewing CCTV footage. Efforts are being made to capture the leopard using high-tech methods such as placing meat in an automatic cage. The area is not an ideal habitat for leopards, but it is speculated that the recent snowfall in the upper regions may have driven the animal towards the city. Residents have been advised to remain cautious, and patrols by the police and wildlife department have been increased.
