Homage paid to train accident victims

Trichy: Educational institutions and social service organizations registered their condolence to the victims of the Odisha train accident on Sunday.
Viveka Matriculation School in Viralimalai in Pudukkottai organised an event to pay respects to the departed souls in the train accident which left 275 dead in Balasore in Odisha on Friday.
They paid floral tributes and lighted candles to pay homage.On Saturday, Makkal Sakthi Iyakkam and Thanneer social service organisations paid their homage by lighting candles at Ponmalai in Trichy.
Such events were organised in several parts of the central region.
