Festember
2019 – the annual student-run
cultural festival
at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy.
They would be speaking at the trademark guest lecture series ‘Carpe Diem’ of Festember which has grown as one of south India’s biggest cultural festivals, said
NIT Trichy
director Mini Shaji Thomas.
Starting on Thursday, the festival will go on till Sunday which is expected to attract over 2500 students from across 300 colleges in the country.
There will be 11 workshops and nine informal events. Also, students will be participating in 67 competitions among which 25 are literary events.
Popular vocalist Naresh Iyer, playback singer Benny Dayal and actress and TV anchor Anu Hasan will also participate in Festember.
