were notified that an elderly man had climbed a cell phone tower in protest on Monday morning, they rushed to the spot and found an old man atop the tower with a green towel around his neck.

70, had climbed up the tower, irked over alleged inaction of revenue officials to retrieve Kodumbalur from encroachers.
